Where has the time gone? I love this baby so much it still brings me to tears. I often chant "Hank is my baby and I love my Hank!" to him and he grins the biggest gummy grin. So incredibly fun at 5 months.
-Unofficial weight: Somewhere between 17 and 17 and a half pounds.
-Laughs a lot more now. Especially when tickled right under the rib cage.
-Still eats about every 2 hours. Nights included.
-Teeth are a beast right now and have caused our "always happy" baby to fuss a bit more while having the urge to gnaw on everything for relief. Poor babe. Has started hurting Mama a bit too. Ouchy Chihuahua.
-Went to sleep last night swaddled in his cradle by himself. His request. Yay and boo for Mama.
-Takes naps on mama and daddy's bed the same way during the day.
-Went to Janney Park with Landry for the first time yesterday.
-Loves the exersaucer. Entertains himself for days working all the little gadgets and toys.
-Getting better about tummy time and playing on his tummy for longer stretches. Flipped over last week from tummy to back, twice. Mama missed BOTH times. Tricky trickster ;)
-6 mos clothes are starting to fit snugly.
-Loves hanging out and napping in the ergo.
Baby Hank, you are my favorite and will always be my baby. With that being said, praying that you will grow up to be strong and independent. That you will fear the Lord and honor Him in all you do. I pray that everyone will want you as a friend, brother, student, athlete, employee, etc. There is nothing I love more than taking care of you and your daddy. Can't wait for hikes and fishing trips with you two this summer.
