The Golden Gate Bridge
It was amazing as I thought it would be. And then some. I started yelling about how I love America. The foreigners looked at me crazy. It was crazy windy but beautiful.
Fisherman's Wharf, Boudin's, Ghirardelli
Delicious. Yes. Absolutely delish! Our friend Tyler that wandered around Africa and Europe for 5 months came home a few weeks ago (to Monterey) and drove down to SF to hang out with us. Tyler is the guy who did Grand Canyon, Vegas, and Flagstaff with us last Thanksgiving). It was great catching up with him and eating a lot of good food. We went to visit the couple on the left (Tim and Melina). They are both in grad school in SF and recently ENGAGED! They were wonderful tour guides and super hospitable. I also had a lot of fun helping Melina with wedding plans :)
Chiang!
On Friday night our friend Chiang came downtown to hang out with us. So great seeing him! We ice skated on Union Square and then ate some yummy Chicago style pizza.
Lombard Street - The Crookedest Street
The Painted Ladies
You probably recognize these from Full House. Just watch the beginning of the show on youtube where they are having a picnic in the park and those are the houses in the background.
