In November my mom, oldest sister (Paige), and her youngest son (Cade, my nephew) came to visit me in San Diego. I think that was my mom's third or fourth trip but Paige and Cade had never been. I showed them all the sites and we ate froyo 3 TIMES in 4 DAYS! Wow. I took Cade to Legoland and we had a good time. I think MiniLand was my favorite and his. It made me want to go home and build cities and villages out of legos. I feel like I have to devote a day to Taylor and Rowan now and do something special for them since Cade and I went all out at Legoland and Sealife Aquarium.
I'm so glad that Cade came to California because I guarantee he will grow up with kids that will only ever visit Alabama and Florida. Which is ok with some people but I just feel like they're missing out!
