Love is the movement....

Who can hold the stars
And my weary heart?
Who can see everything?
I've fallen so hard
Sometimes I feel so far
But not beyond your reach

I could climb a mountain
Swim the ocean
Or do anything
But it's when you hold me
That I start unfolding
And all I can say is

Hallelujah, hallelujah
Whatever's in front of me
Help me to sing hallelujah
Hallelujah, hallelujah
Whatever's in front of me
I'll choose to sing hallelujah

The same sun that
Rises over castles
And welcomes the day
Spills over buildings
Into the streets
Where orphans play

And only you can see the good
In broken things
You took my heart of stone
And you made it home
And set this prisoner free

Hallelujah, hallelujah
Whatever's in front of me
Help me to sing hallelujah
Hallelujah, hallelujah
Whatever's in front of me
I'll choose to sing hallelujah

Oh Bethany Dillon....
How I love her. This song reflects where my heart is. Sometimes I feel so far away but not beyond his reach and in the midst of everything I choose to sing hallelujah!

Happy Valentine's Day!
Going solo this year. Not sad about it, not happy about it. It's not really even about a boy. It's about being lonely in this huge city. I made the cutest strawberry cake last night to celebrate. It has heart sprinkles on top. I also got strawberries and chocolate for me and the room mate to celebrate. Haha.

Elevate is up and running and it is so incredibly neat to see how God has been working. I'm in the nursery most every Sunday... which doesn't bother me much. I feel like I can provide the best care for those babies so, I want to be the one to hang out with them :) cocky? maybe. We had the entry point class last week and it was amazing to hear everyone's story. How they found out about Elevate, how the married couples met, where they are from, their kids, etc.! It made me really excited that I was crazy enough at 20 to pack up and leave the little home town and move to a beautiful city to watch crazy dreams come true. I believe I have one up on most people because I'm going to have some great stories to tell my children one day... about how the Lord provided and his grace is AND always has been enough. And, no matter how comfortable home is there is a great big world out there and Jesus would love to use their lives to change lives and their generation and their world!
